Through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hamertec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HAMERTEC<\/a> project, we have developed an innovative dynamic analysis system that reproduces the real conditions of a train passing over a viaduct, simulating the same vibrations that worried Napoleon, but now to <strong>optimize structural models and ensure railway safety.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to an electrohydraulic vibrator, we induce controlled accelerations and displacements in the bridges, measuring the effects in real time with sensors both on the viaduct and on board. This technology not only optimizes FEM models, but also provides crucial information on the condition of the structure, improving predictive maintenance. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This system has been tested on several viaducts thanks to the support of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cdti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDTI Innovation<\/a> and with the participation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/inserail-s.l.\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inse Rail<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/fcaminoshierro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n Caminos de Hierro<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ancoengineers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANCO Engineers, Inc.,<\/a> obtaining results that are key to the safety and efficiency of the railway system.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The HAMERTEC project, driven by Telice and other entities, develops an advanced system to analyze how vibrations affect railway viaducts.
