Description

At TELICE we are looking for a Site Manager to lead and manage railway infrastructure projects throughout the national territory. Your mission will be to lead the works in the field, managing the company’s own teams, planning resources and ensuring that each project is executed with quality, safety and profitability.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Academic background:
Technical Engineering, Higher Engineering or Advanced Vocational Training (preferably in Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, Public Works or similar).

Professional experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in railway works.

  • At least 2 years as Site Manager or Production Manager, with direct management of own teams.

Technical competencies:

  • Demonstrable ability to carry out on-site stakeout, interpret plans and resolve technical issues.

  • Experience in on-site supervision, quality control, deadlines and safety.

  • Driver’s license: B license.

  • Office tools and planning software (MS Project, Primavera or similar).

PRL training:

  • Minimum course of 60 hours of basic level in PRL and 20 hours in the metal/construction sector.

Availability:

  • For travel throughout the national territory.

  • To work in schedules compatible with railway operations.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate TELICE’s own teams, motivating, organizing shifts and optimizing their performance.

  • Carrying out on-site stakeout: interpretation of plans, definition of installation points and adjustment of technical solutions on site.

  • Supervise on site the correct execution of the works, controlling quality, deadlines and safety.

  • Plan material and human resources, ensuring the availability of means and compliance with the schedule.

  • Control the construction documentation: daily reports, progress reports, certifications and cost control.

  • Maintain direct communication with the client, the management and the production managers.

  • Ensure compliance with railway, PRL and environmental regulations.

At TELICE we are looking for a Railway Site Manager to lead assembly and maintenance teams in railway infrastructure projects throughout the national territory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Academic background:

Vocational Training (preferably in Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics or Construction).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in railway works.

  • At least 1 year as foreman, foreman or team leader.

  • Driver’s license: B license.

OHS training:

  • 60 hours of basic level in occupational risk prevention.

  • 20 hours in the metal or construction sector.

Availability: to travel throughout the country and to work in schedules compatible with railway operations.

Technical knowledge: ability to read blueprints and handle basic construction documentation.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Description:

Minimum requirements


Academic background: ESO or Vocational Training (Electricity, Electronics or Mechanics especially valued).


Experience: At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in one of the following specialties: catenary, signaling/communications, substations/energy or civil works.


Driving license: B license (C + CAP will be valued).


Training in Occupational Risk Prevention: minimum 20 hours in the metal or construction sector.


Availability: to work during the working week and in schedules compatible with the railway operation.

Description

We are looking for a Human Resources and Talent Development Specialist to join our team and lead key initiatives in recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, soft skills training and labor relations, with a special focus on site personnel.

In this role you will be responsible for attracting and retaining talent, designing and implementing training programs in social and communication skills, and ensuring close management of the teams in the field.

You will be required to travel weekly to different construction sites to maintain direct contact with personnel, detect development needs, resolve labor issues and foster a safe, motivating and productive work environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment and selection process for site and staff positions.
