Compliance Policies
We comply with Law 2/2023 on the prevention and fight against tax fraud, which establishes a series of measures to improve tax control and prevent tax evasion and avoidance. Among these measures are the limitation of cash payment, the obligation to report certain transactions with cryptocurrencies, the extension of the assumptions of joint and several and subsidiary liability, and the tightening of penalties for non-compliance. Our compliance team is in charge of verifying that all our activities comply with the legal and ethical requirements of this law.
