The European SIA project pursued the development of fourcritical rail asset monitoring servicesfor the control and predictive maintenance of rails, wheels, pantographs and catenaries.
TELICE, as a member of a consortium comprising CEIT, the Union Internationale des Chemins de Fer (UIC), the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR), Ingeniería y Control Electrónico SA, Vías y Construcciones, ÖBB Infra, the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya and GMV NSL, pparticipated in the development of the catenary monitoring service (iCatMon), making extensive use of the experience acquired during the development of the TELICE tCat® project.
